01 — The Big Picture✦

Healthcare isn't one journey. People move between different needs: finding medicine, seeking medical guidance, arranging care at home, buying healthcare products, and visiting a clinic.

The goal of the redesign was to bring these journeys together without making the product feel complicated.

5 services.
1 ecosystem.
A shared product foundation with service-specific experiences.
02 — The Challenge✦

Each service has a different user intent, workflow and decision-making process. The design challenge was not simply to redesign screens; it was to create a consistent experience across fundamentally different healthcare journeys.

01
Order Medicine
“I know what I need.”
02
Online Consultation
“I need medical guidance.”
03
Home Healthcare
“I need care at home.”
04
Healthcare Products
“I want to find the right product.”
05
In-Clinic Appointment
“I need to see a doctor physically.”
Core user intent per service
03 — The Healthcare Ecosystem✦

The five services share the same product language while allowing each journey to have its own workflow and information hierarchy.

05 — Design Principles✦
01
Clarity over complexity
Healthcare journeys should feel simple, even when the underlying workflow isn't.
02
Intent-driven experiences
Users should quickly understand what they can do next.
03
Consistency creates trust
Familiar patterns across services reduce learning effort.
04
Every action has a purpose
Reduce unnecessary steps between intent and completion.
05
Design for reassurance
Healthcare interfaces should communicate confidence, transparency and control.
06 — Design System✦

One Design System, Five Experiences

Rather than designing each service independently, the ecosystem uses reusable patterns and components that can scale across journeys.

12 — The Connected Experience✦

The strength of the redesign is not any single service. It is how the services can work together around a user's evolving healthcare needs.

Healthcare Products can support the broader journey alongside these services. The product therefore behaves less like a collection of features and more like a connected healthcare ecosystem.
