- Leading product design from start to finish, deciding what to build next and keeping everyone aligned.
- Building and leading the design team, from hiring to mentoring.
- Designed the pharmacy software, central team tools and CRM used by internal teams every day.
- Launched the pharmacy website, in-store kiosk app, store admin panel and WhatsApp support system.
- Looking after the design system and brand across our products, landing pages and campaigns.
Senior Product Designer
HealthSy — Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Mar '23 – Aug '24
- Took HealthSy from zero to one: worked with the founders on business requirements, product goals and research.
- Built the HealthSy design system and website from concept to launch.
- Designed the User, Pharmacy, Doctor and Delivery apps, plus admin panels for internal teams.
- Launched the Prescription Writer, InstaDoc consultations and HHSP home healthcare service.
- Validated releases through customer feedback, testing and close handoff with developers and QA.
UI/UX Designer
PropReturns (YC S21) — Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Oct '21 – Mar '23
- Designed and built PropReturns' real-estate ecommerce platform from scratch to launch.
- Created the PropReturns design system, company website and admin panels for operations.
- Designed the ecommerce platform for REIT products.
- Led user research and feature planning with the founders, then iterated on user feedback.
- Shaped the brand identity, brochures and social media creatives.
- Facilitated transactions worth 100 crore through the platform.
